I bought this issue to see Tim Drake and this is all I got. One panel of nothing where his costume is drawn and colored incorrectly. Wow. Lincoln March appears more in this issue and is more important to the issue than he is. AND TIM IS THE ONE ON THE COVER, SHOWN FIGHTING THE TALON.
To say the least, I am pissed. A total waste of $2.99. If you planned on buying this issue for Tim, I HIGHLY urge you stay away from this issue. This one panel is all it has to offer.
